2. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
Subscription Services
If you purchase a subscription, you agree that the applicable subscription fee will be charged to your Apple ID account on a recurring basis until you cancel the subscription.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off in your Apple ID account settings before the end of the current subscription period.
In-App Purchases
The Application may offer in-app purchase items, such as additional features or premium access.
Purchased items are made available immediately or at a later time, depending on the specific purchase.
Price and Payment
All prices for Subscriptions and In-App Purchases are displayed within the Application and processed through Apple’s in-app purchase system.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Refund Policy
All refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store refund policy.

3. User Consent for Data Processing Related to Refund Requests
In accordance with Apple’s App Store refund policies, when a user initiates a refund request, Apple may send a CONSUMPTION_REQUEST notification to our server.
In such cases:
We provide Apple with subscription consumption–related data only
The data does not include personal or sensitive information
The data is used solely to assist Apple in evaluating the refund request
By using the Application, you consent to this limited data transmission as required for refund processing in compliance with App Store policies and applicable privacy laws.
4. Rules of Use
Legal Compliance
You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules when using the Application.
Content Restrictions
You may not post, share, or distribute any content that is illegal, infringing, pornographic, violent, or otherwise offensive.
Prohibited Activities
You may not:
Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to access or operate the Application
Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation or security of the Application
